Namibia or Bust!

Ok so the blog is officially back in action! I'm heading off the Namibia on Saturday, and I can't believe that the time for me to leave has finally come. It feels as though I have been waiting for this flight for months, but off I go!

I'll get to Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, June 1st. I will be in Windhoek for a week and a half where I will be going through orientation and teacher training with all of the other World Teach Volunteers. The four semester volunteers will have a few extra days in the capital, and then I am off to Sitopogo where I will be teaching math to 8-10 graders. It looks like the town is in the middle of nowhere, and who knows what adventures lay ahead of me. Hopefully I'll be able to blog it up on a relatively regular basis. Till next time.
